Stay Ahead With Your SARS-CoV-2 Research
Download our handy infographic for using Swift Normalase™ Amplicon SARS-CoV-2 Panel (SNAP) technology for the targeted sequencing of SARS-CoV-2 variants and discover what insights it can uncover
The Swift Normalase™ Amplicon SARS-CoV-2 NGS Panel (SNAP) technology offers optimized next-generation sequencing for SARS-CoV-2, and enables identification of SARS-CoV-2 variants from a variety of samples. The panel utilizes multiple overlapping amplicons in a single tube, using a rapid, 2-hour workflow to prepare ready-to-sequence libraries. Overlapping primers ensure that known and emerging variants are detected – for tracking nucleotide variants and improve understanding of virus evolution, transmission, and pathogenesis. Furthermore, targeted pathogen sequencing can enable variant detection in S Gene dropouts in COVID-19 samples.
